Controlled Innovation was founded by Jack Fletcher in 2012 with the goal of becoming a premium mechanical services electrical contractor. We have grown and developed a core group of experienced employees which ensures every project is completed to our high standards of workmanship and project delivery. Every employee is accountable for their work and is committed to developing our company and its processes.

We have a strong culture of quality and professionalism and always ensure to work closely with the project team to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. Being a small company we pride ourselves on being approachable and accountable for our trade package, we have a get it done attitude and realise that our work reflects on the head contractor.
